📝 Choose one quote and one affirmation that speak to you. You're welcome to share why—What truth did it awaken in you? What encouragement did it bring?
🤝 Let’s encourage one another by responding with care and support to each other’s reflections.- Choleric friend, your strength moves mountains—but even the strongest leaders must learn to pause, listen, and let God lead. Slowing down isn’t weakness—it’s wisdom.
- Stop your striving and recognize that I am God! I will be exalted over the nations!
I will be exalted over the earth!” — Psalm 46:10, NET

❓ What’s the hardest part for you in slowing down and listening to others during this transformation process?
A. I feel like things aren’t moving fast enough.
B. I struggle to not interrupt or take over the conversation.
C. I’m afraid they won’t follow through if I don’t step in.

Good morning to the early birds, and to my fellow WS. thank for encouraging me as you upload your thoughts and reflections.
ReplyDeleteI was indeed blessed especially over the past week and a half when my hands were swollen, tightened, extremely painful and unable to text, type or even care for myself.
I had to surrender and be still in the midst of circumstances. This was indeed a practice session for me, that may never forget.
I thank God for you all and for His goodness towards me!!!
Amen! I hope you're starting to feel better!

DeleteHello everyone! I hope you're all having a great start to the week.
ReplyDeletePrimary: Melancholic
What makes it difficult for you to accept progress instead of perfection in your transformation?
B. I replay what I did wrong instead of moving forward
- I find myself replaying the little mistakes I might make and I realize that does not help me move forward. Today, I was able to stop myself from replaying a mistake I made and instead shifted my focus on what I did right. This really helped me overcome that self-criticism and allowed me to rejoice over the progress I am making!
Quote: “You are allowed to be both a masterpiece and a work in progress.” – Sophia Bush
- As I read 2 Corinthians 12 today, I reflected on verse 9 which says, "My grace is sufficient for you, for power is perfected in weakness". Thinking about this verse and the quote, I see that although I am a 'masterpiece', I am also a 'work in progress' because it is only through my weaknesses that God can perfect me. Strength does not come through perfection, but as verse 10 says, "when I am weak, then I am strong".
Affirmation: My transformation is not measured by flawlessness but by faithfulness.
Secondary: Phlegmatic
What’s the most challenging part of engaging deeply in your transformation journey?
C. I’m not sure if my effort really makes a difference
- When I first started learning about the temperaments, I felt like there was no hope. I thought, "well, if this is who I am, how will I ever change" But this transformation journey is really helping me see that my effort PAIRED with the Holy Spirit IS making a difference in my life!
Quote: “Faithfulness in small things prepares you for great things.” – Mother Teresa
- I am going to continue to be faithful in the small things because I am starting to see the changes in my life as a result.
Affirmation: My quiet consistency honors God.

What makes it difficult for you to accept progress instead of perfection in your transformation?
B. I replay what I did wrong instead of moving forward- even with just responding to the Blog , every day I do come on and read and glean but if i am not in a favorable environment to respond I think it's too late now if I have to get back to it or if i miss a day i relent on that as well and think i cannot continue.I cannot count the amount of times that the encouragement message to keep going by Sis penny has pulled me out from this percieved rut- I pray that God wil show me the way to keep going instead of focusing on what didnt happen. This shows up in every area of my life, as a wife, as a friend, as a mother , as a coworker.I am chosing Grace and progress over perfection .
