JULY 12 – STAYING THE COURSE
πMelancholic
❓ What reassures you when you feel stuck in your growth.
πΊLooking back at how far I’ve come.
As I pondered on my question this morning , this verse came to mind Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.
Galatians 6:9
At times I feel like am going nowhere , and that in itself can try to deter you from making progress , but I was reminded of that scripture , so with that being said I will use this quote : Even when you don’t feel it, God is still forming something in you.” – Jennie Allen
Affirmation: • My transformation is not always visible, but always valuable.
I say Amen to the conclusion..
πPhlegmatic:
πΊWhat has helped you keep going, even slowly?
Reminding myself this is God’s work in me.
I really thank God for his word this morning , this brought me back to my scripture from yesterday Proverbs 11:18
A wicked person earns deceptive wages,
but the one who sows righteousness reaps a sure reward.
and it’s a reminder for me that there is only one way to a successful life and I must pursue it faithfully and righteously , I know it may take me a awhile to see my reward, but as with farming it takes a while for the crops to come , sometimes weeks or even months but I must remember his word it’s a promise to me , so am not giving up .
Quote: Transformation is not fast—but it is faithful.” – Lisa Bevere
Affirmation: •
* I am faithful in the little, and that matters to God.
It’s Saturday , have a great day everyone ..
Sister Alanda,
DeleteThe song that came to mind after reading your post was: “Even when we don’t see it, He’s working.”
Think of it like this—you’re at a restaurant and you’ve placed your order. You may not see the chef, but you trust that he’s in the kitchen preparing your meal. π
In the same way, even when we don’t see anything happening, take courage, my sister—God is at work behind the scenes.
Alanda: Absolutely sister Debbie

I am a very reflective individual, well learning more about my Temperament I can see that I am reflective because I stay in my mind lol. Looking back helps me greatly, to collect data, to put things in perspective, to stay encouraged, to believe and have Faith.
