KING (WEEK 10) A-Z PRAISES TO GOD

🌿 Week 11 — K

👑 Titus Table Talk: Entering the King's Court

Warm greetings, dear sisters! 🌸

Welcome back to Titus Table Talk. Thanks for participating in last week's attribute.

This week, Lady Wisdom invites us somewhere special.

Not simply around a table.

Not merely into a conversation.

But into the King's Court.

As you read, imagine yourself entering the throne room of the King of Kings.

Listen carefully.

Reflect prayerfully.

And ask yourself:

👑 If God is truly King, am I allowing Him to reign in every area of my life?

Take your time with this study.

Pause often.

Pray.

Reflect.

There is no need to complete everything in one sitting.

Our goal is not simply to learn about God but to know Him better.

🌿 Welcome to Titus Table Talk

Lady Wisdom

"Welcome, ladies.

Pull up a chair, open your Bible, and join today's conversation.

As we talk together, don't be afraid to pause, think, pray, and even wrestle with the questions being asked.

Some of the Titus Sisters may ask questions you have wondered about yourself.

Let's learn together."

Before beginning, take a moment to pray and ask the Lord to teach you.

🙏 P — Prayer

Lady Wisdom

"Father, as we enter Your court today, teach us what it means to call You King.

Help us not merely to admire Your authority but to submit to it.

Show us areas of our lives that still need to come under Your rule.

Help us trust Your leadership and rest in Your wisdom.

In Jesus' name,

Amen."

📖 R — Read

Psalm 10:16 (KJV)

"The Lord is King for ever and ever..."

Psalm 47:7 (KJV)

"For God is the King of all the earth..."

Revelation 19:16 (KJV)

"KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS."

👀 O — Observe

👑 Entering the King's Court

Lady Wisdom

Ladies, today's attribute begins with K.

Any guesses?

Titus Sister #1

Kind?

Titus Sister #2

Keeper?

Titus Sister #3

Knowing?

Titus Sister #4

Kingdom?

Lady Wisdom

Excellent guesses.

Let's look at the Scriptures.

What words stand out?

Titus Sister #1

King.

Titus Sister #2

Forever.

Titus Sister #3

All the earth.

Titus Sister #4

King of Kings.

Lady Wisdom

Wonderful.

What do these words teach us about God?

Titus Sister #5

His reign never ends.

Titus Sister #6

No one outranks Him.

Titus Sister #2

His authority extends everywhere.

Lady Wisdom

Exactly.

Based on these observations, what attribute are we studying today?

Titus Sister #1

👑 King?

Lady Wisdom

Yes!

Today we are learning that:

👑 God Is King

🌿 What Does King Mean?

The Hebrew word is:

Melek (MEH-lek)

Meaning:

  • king,

  • ruler,

  • sovereign,

  • one who possesses authority,

  • one whose word carries final authority.

A king rules.

A king governs.

A king protects.

A king leads.

When we call God King, we are declaring that His authority is absolute and His rule is perfect.

🌿 Selah Moment

Pause here if you wish.

What comes to mind when you hear the word:

King?

Write down a few thoughts.

Then continue.

🌸 Stay the course in the Word.

💡 M — Meaning

Titus Sister #1

Lady Wisdom, if God is King, why do I sometimes struggle to obey Him?

Lady Wisdom

Because surrender is often harder than belief.

Many people love God's blessings.

Fewer people love yielding control.

Titus Sister #2

Ouch.

That sounds familiar.

Lady Wisdom

It sounds familiar to all of us.

We often want God to approve our plans rather than asking for His.

Titus Sister #3

So what does God's kingship mean practically?

Lady Wisdom

It means:

  • His wisdom is greater than mine.

  • His plans are better than mine.

  • His timing is wiser than mine.

  • His commands are for my good.

A good King can be trusted.

Titus Sister #4

What areas of life do people struggle most to surrender?

Lady Wisdom

Often:

  • time,

  • money,

  • relationships,

  • future plans,

  • fears,

  • disappointments,

  • control.

👑 The Empty Throne

Lady Wisdom places a picture of a throne in the middle of the table.

Lady Wisdom

Imagine this throne represents the center of your life.

Who has been sitting there lately?

  • Fear?

  • Worry?

  • Busyness?

  • Self?

  • Pride?

  • Comfort?

Or has the King truly been reigning?

🌿 Around the Titus Table

Before reading further:

What area of your life is hardest to surrender to the King?

Pause.

Pray.

Reflect.

Then continue.

🌿 Selah Moment

Let's pause again.

The question is not:

"Is God King?"

The question is:

"Am I allowing Him to reign?"

Sit with that thought for a while.

Then continue.

🌸 Stay the course in the Word.

🌿 Your Turn (Personal Reflection)

If you were sitting in the King's Court today, what question would you ask Lady Wisdom about God's kingship?

Perhaps:

  • Why is surrender so difficult?

  • How do I know if I am resisting God's rule?

  • What does obedience look like?

  • Can I trust the King's plans?

  • What happens when I fail?

Or perhaps you have a different question.

🙌 P — Praise

Lady Wisdom

Why do we praise God for being King?

Titus Sister #1

Because His rule is perfect.

Titus Sister #2

Because His wisdom never fails.

Titus Sister #3

Because His kingdom cannot be shaken.

Titus Sister #4

Because He protects His people.

Titus Sister #5

Because His reign is eternal.

Titus Sister #6

Because I can trust His leadership.

Lady Wisdom

Amen.

🌸 T — Thanksgiving

Lady Wisdom

What can we thank God for today?

All

  • Thank You for being a good King.

  • Thank You for ruling with wisdom.

  • Thank You for leading us.

  • Thank You for protecting us.

  • Thank You for Your perfect authority.

  • Thank You that Your kingdom will never end.

JUNE BIBLE READING PLAN

Days 152–181

💬 Gentle Encouragement

This month reminds us that God remains faithful through seasons of rebuilding, correction, renewal, and growth.

Some chapters will inspire us with stories of courage and reform.
Others will reveal the consequences of pride, compromise, and disobedience.
Yet throughout it all, God continues to preserve His people and accomplish His purposes.

Even when circumstances change, the Lord remains constant and worthy of our trust.

Pray simply:
“Lord, help me to remain faithful, attentive to Your Word, and willing to follow wherever You lead.”

🌿 Monthly Overview

This month begins with the closing chapters of 1 Kings and continues through 2 Kings, where we witness the ministries of Elijah and Elisha, the rise and fall of kings, and the spiritual decline of both Israel and Judah. These chapters repeatedly remind us that obedience to God matters deeply and that the Lord continues to call His people back to Himself.

We then move into 1 Chronicles, which revisits Israel’s history with an emphasis on worship, leadership, covenant, and preparation for the Temple. These chapters highlight God’s faithfulness across generations and the importance of wholehearted devotion.

In the New Testament, we continue through 2 Corinthians, where Paul speaks about suffering, comfort, generosity, reconciliation, and spiritual strength. We then journey through Galatians, Ephesians, Philippians, and begin Colossians, learning about grace, freedom in Christ, unity, spiritual maturity, and joyful Christian living.

This month also brings us to the completion of the Psalms, ending with the great praise psalms of Psalm 146–150. These final psalms call everything that has breath to praise the Lord.

IMMUTABLE (Week 9) A-Z Praises to God

🌿 Week 9 — I: Immutable

The God Who Never Changes

Warm greetings, dear sisters! 🌸

Life changes. Seasons shift. Emotions rise and fall. People change. Circumstances surprise us.

But our God does not.

This week we will reflect on God as Immutable—the unchanging God whose love, truth, promises, and faithfulness remain steady through every season of life.

If this is your first time joining us, warmly welcome! Feel free to begin here and continue along with us. You are also welcome to revisit the previous studies whenever you are able.

As you move through this study, please do so at your own pace. There is no need to rush through everything at once. Give yourself ample time to pause, pray, reflect, and truly meditate on the scriptures and truths presented.

This study is meant to help solidify and deepen our understanding of who God is.

🌸 Before beginning this study, pause and take a few moments to pray and invite the Lord to speak to your heart through His Word.

🙏 P — Prayer

Lord, thank You that You remain faithful through every changing season of life.

When emotions shift,
when circumstances feel uncertain,
and when life feels unstable,
help me remember that You are steady, trustworthy, and true.

Anchor my heart in Your unchanging nature and help me rest confidently in who You are.

📖 R — Read

Hebrews 13:8

  • “Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever.”

James 1:17

  • “With whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning.”

Lamentations 3:22–23

  • “It is of the Lord’s mercies that we are not consumed… They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness.”

Numbers 23:19

  • “God is not a man, that he should lie…”

Psalm 90:2

  • “Even from everlasting to everlasting, thou art God.”

👀 O — Observe

What do these scriptures reveal about God?

  • God remains the same

  • His faithfulness continues daily

  • His mercy does not fail

  • His promises remain true

  • His character does not fluctuate

  • God remains trustworthy through every season

Take note of what stands out most to you.

💡 M — Meaning

I — Immutable

“For I am the Lord, I change not…” — Malachi 3:6 (KJV)

🌿 What Does Immutable Mean?

The word Immutable means:

  • unchanging,

  • constant,

  • steady,

  • always the same.

God never changes in:

  • His character,

  • His love,

  • His truth,

  • His promises,

  • or His faithfulness.

People change. Circumstances change. Seasons change.

But God remains perfectly steady.

Because God is immutable:

  • we can trust Him completely,

  • rely on His promises,

  • remain hopeful during uncertain seasons,

  • and rest in His steady love and faithfulness.

The same God who strengthened His people in scripture is still strengthening His people today.

He does not become

  • less loving,
  • less merciful,
  • less faithful,
  • or less powerful.

God remains perfectly constant.

🙌 P — Praise

Lord, I praise You because:

  • You remain faithful,

  • Your love remains steady,

  • Your mercy continues daily,

  • Your promises still stand,

  • and Your presence never leaves us.

You are constant in every changing season of life.

🌸 T — Thanksgiving

Lord, thank You that:

  • You do not change,

  • Your Word remains true,

  • Your love remains secure,

  • and Your faithfulness continues from generation to generation.

Thank You for being my stability when life feels uncertain.

Set apart, sacred, pure, completely without sin.

God’s holiness means He is absolutely pure in every way.

SATURDAY — PRAISING GOD FOR WHO HE IS

As we come to the close of this week’s study, let us take time to reflect on the attributes of God we have studied so far and praise Him for who He is.

Almighty: When my strength ends, His power does not.

Benevolent: God is good — not sometimes, not occasionally, but continually good.

Compassionate: He sees every tear, hears every silent cry, and still draws near.

Deliverer: Chains break. Fear trembles. Darkness loses its grip when God steps in.

Eternal: Before time began, He was God. When kingdoms rise and fall, He remains unchanged.

Faithful: People may fail. Situations may shift. But God keeps His Word.

Gracious: He gives mercy where judgment was deserved. He lifts us gently when weakness says, “stay down.”

Holy: Pure in every way. Righteous in every act. Perfect in all His ways.

So today, we do not praise God because life is perfect. We praise Him because He is — Almighty, Benevolent, Compassionate, Deliverer, Eternal, Faithful, Gracious, and Holy.
