Monday August 11 - Let's reflect and pray...

🌿 Before We Pray… Let’s Reflect

Dear Wisdom Seekers,

What a meaningful week it’s been in Ephesians 3! Thank you for showing up with open hearts—your reflections and consistency are making a difference in all of us.

To those who weren’t able to join in this week, we missed you! We hope to see you back with us as we step into Chapter 4. There’s more growth and grace ahead. πŸ’œ

Tomorrow, God willing, we begin Week 4 and step into Ephesians 4 with a fresh approach to the study.
The exercises will still be simple and doable—so don’t hold back.

Even the smallest steps of obedience can lead to transformation when we walk with God. There will also be a section at the end for those who wish to go deeper with their responses.

As we continue, let’s keep encouraging one another. A kind word or thoughtful response can lift someone’s heart—we’re not just studying; we’re growing together.

Group leaders: Keep inspiring and checking in with your team members.
Team members: Visit the blog, and stay connected with those who are unable to post.

Now, as we close Week 3, let’s enter into a time of prayer.

This prayer, based on Ephesians 3, reflects Paul’s heart—that we would be strengthened, rooted in love, and filled with the fullness of God.

It also speaks to each of our unique temperaments and how the Spirit is shaping us.

If now isn’t the right time, schedule a quiet moment later to pause and pray to our heavenly Father.

Heavenly Father,

We come before You with grateful hearts. Thank You for what You’ve revealed to us this week through Your Word. Thank You for the strength You give, the love You show, and the way You patiently shape each of us through the work of the Holy Spirit.

We kneel before You—the Creator and loving Father of every family in heaven and on earth. Out of Your glorious, unlimited resources, we ask that You strengthen us with inner power through Your Spirit.

May Christ dwell in our hearts more fully as we trust Him day by day.

Let our roots go down deep into Your love—anchoring us in truth, in grace, and in spiritual strength that holds steady in every season.

Help us to understand—truly understand—how wide, how long, how high, and how deep Your love is.

Not just in theory—but in real life.

In joy and sorrow, in strength and weakness.

Help us experience Your love personally, deeply, and daily—even when it surpasses what we can fully understand.

🌟 For the Choleric, Lord:

Tame our drive with trust. Turn our passion into purpose and our strength into surrender. Teach us that true leadership begins at Your feet. Help us to build up, not bulldoze—leading in love and yielding to Your timing. (Proverbs 3:5–6)

🌟 For the Sanguine, Lord:

Ground our joy in Jesus. Remind us that being known by You is better than being noticed by others. Help us slow down, go deeper, and love with endurance—not just energy. Let our joy be rooted in truth. (Zephaniah 3:17)

🌟 For the Melancholic, Lord:

Quiet our inner critic and replace perfectionism with peace. Remind us that we are fully known and still fully loved. Help us love others not by fixing them, but by walking with them—carrying grace instead of pressure. (Colossians 3:14–15)

🌟 For the Phlegmatic, Lord:

Call us out of hiding with gentleness. Remind us that peace is not passivity, and love is not avoidance. Stir up courage in our calm spirits and let us know our steady presence makes a difference. Help us engage with purpose. (Isaiah 30:15)

When we feel weak, confused, or overwhelmed,

remind us that You are able

able to do exceedingly, abundantly more than we could ask, think, or imagine,

according to Your power at work within us.

Not someday—but even now.

So today, we pray this over our lives,

and over every sister walking this journey of transformation.

To You alone be all the glory,

in the church and in Christ Jesus,

through all generations,

forever and ever.

In Jesus’ name we pray,

If you took time to prayerfully pray this prayer, post Amen below.

See you on the blog tomorrow, God willing.

Enjoy the rest of your day.

Remember:  You are Loved to LoveπŸ’–
