ReplyDelete❓ What have you discovered about your emotional or spiritual patterns?
C. Waiting doesn’t mean nothing is happening
Wheww this resonated so deeply this morning, I have been in a waiting season for a good 2 years, but God has been affirming this in me-trust me there's been tears lol and I am still very curious about the wait...
π¬ Quotes:
“Sometimes the most spiritual thing you can do is rest.” – Pete Scazzero
π± Affirmations:
God’s grace carries me, even in the waiting.
I started this year with my one word- Intentional- as I wanted to be intentional with people, things and my life. Half way through and my focus has shifted a bit but I could also say that by being intentional God has open my heart to what I really desire. Which is Rest, Joy and Pleasure. Resting in the waiting feels right, accepting Joy in the waiting soothes my soul and I thank God for his abundance in my life
Good morning ladies!

π΅ MELANCHOLIC – THE THOUGHTFUL REFINER – PRIMARY TEMPERAMENT
❓ What have you discovered about your emotional or spiritual patterns?
A. I need to release what I can’t control
There’s this quiet battle inside me - wanting everything to go as planned, trying to fix what’s beyond me. But it’s exhausting at times. I’m slowly realizing that clinging to control doesn’t give me peace, it steals it.
Some things are simply not mine to carry. So, I’m learning to let go - not in defeat, but in trust.
π¬ Quotes:
• “God’s grace is bigger than your mess.” – Rick Warren
π± Affirmations:
• God’s grace carries me, even in the waiting.
π₯ CHOLERIC – THE STRONG-WILLED VISIONARY – SECONDARY TEMPERAMENT
❓ What truth about yourself are you learning to accept in this journey?
A. I need others more than I admit
I used to think strength meant handling everything on my own. But I’m learning that God designed us for connection, not isolation. It's not weakness to say, "I need help," or "Can you be here with me or for me?" - it's honesty. Needing others doesn’t make me less; it makes me human. And God often sends His grace through people - through their presence, encouragement, and love.
π¬ Quotes:
• “God uses broken people to do extraordinary things.” – Christine Caine
π± Affirmations:
• I lead best when I surrender first to God.
Have a wonderful day all!

Hello ladies!
ReplyDeletePrimary: Melancholic
What have you discovered about your emotional or spiritual patterns?
B. God’s grace covers even what I overthink
- This is a powerful statement. Acknowledging that God's grace covers over whatever thoughts I may be overthinking is helping me 'cast all my cares on God'. He cares for me, so when I'm tempted to overthink, I will just cast my cares/thoughts on God and He will handle it!
Quote: “Sometimes the most spiritual thing you can do is rest.” – Pete Scazzero
- I am reminding myself that it is ok to rest!
Affirmation: I release the pressure to have it all figured out.
Secondary: Phlegmatic
What realization is stirring your heart in this season?
C. Stepping out of comfort is part of growing
- I realize that we don't grow in comfort. Challenges are what help produce growth. I am learning to fear challenges, but embrace them as opportunities for growth. (easier said than done lol)
Quote: “You were created to make waves, even if they’re gentle.” – Holley Gerth
- That is a beautiful quote!
Affirmation: I am stepping forward with quiet courage.
Have a blessed day everyone~
