Thanks for sharing your responses yesterday.
Today’s reading reminds us: wisdom is both a guide and a guard. God, in His love, warns us about the dangers that can derail us from His best plan. Listening closely and following His wisdom leads us to a life of purity, honor, and blessing.

📚 About Proverbs 5
Proverbs 5 is a heartfelt warning, urging us to be vigilant and discerning. Solomon addresses the dangers of temptation, particularly sexual immorality, which can seem appealing but ultimately leads to ruin. He pleads for us to cherish wisdom and stay faithful to the covenant paths God has set for our lives.
At its core, Proverbs 5 teaches us that wisdom is protective. It calls us to guard our hearts and lives against enticement and deceit by keeping close to God’s truth. True joy and fulfillment are found not in following fleeting pleasures but in living with integrity and purity.
🔍 Key Theme for Transformation:
Wisdom protects purity.
Transformation flourishes in a heart that is guarded and pure. Proverbs 5 reminds us that God’s wisdom exposes deception and guides us toward lives that are honorable, faithful, and deeply satisfying in Him.

Today's Reflection Question:

Reflection on Today’s Quote:
"Wisdom not only shows us the right path but also warns us of the wrong one."
How have you seen God’s wisdom protect you from making a wrong decision in the past?
Ans:
There was a situation on work recently and through the leading of the Holy Spirit I stood up against strong odds in Leadership, as it was my turn to lead morning assembly.
Most of mgmt thought we should put it off, butI was not going to give up on an opportunity to offer hope and reassurance to team of staff who was feeling demotivated.
I prayer over the situation and told them how I feel, even my team who normally supporred me was siding with the odds, but, afterwards, they all came back to commend my actions, because they thought it was a good and well put together session. Which resulted in an highly interactive session, leaving staff feeling encouraged and inspired.
Don't give up on an opportunity to encourage someone, we have today, so let us use it.!!
Sister Glenda it’s important to be led by the Holy Spirit, I can recall you doing some heavy meditation on this and what would have been the correct thing to do , so kudos ..
DeleteWow Sister Glenda. That is a great testament of God using you. This is a great practice in the work place. To God Be The Glory!!

🧐 Today's Reflection Question:
Where do you need more of God’s wisdom to protect your heart and path today?
Because he is helping with my thoughts I would choose In my choices — to discern what leads to life versus what leads to regret.
How have you seen God’s wisdom protect you from making a wrong decision in the past?
Too many times in the past I tried leaning on my own understanding, I have seen Gods wisdom intervene with a situation I had in my place of business , I was tempted to call it quits and close down the restaurant but a still voice spoke to me and said “ no this is how you will go about it “ and I followed and I didn’t regret , To God be the glory great things he has done , sisters 👯♀️ in Christ I may not be where I want to be , but am most definitely in a better place than before .
Blessings all .
Sister Alanda, I'm so glad you did not quit. Continue to allow the Holy Spirit to lead you. "The Best Is Yet To Come"

Reflection on Today’s Quote:
"Wisdom not only shows us the right path but also warns us of the wrong one."
How have you seen God’s wisdom protect you from making a wrong decision in the past?
WOW! Only yesterday, on two different occasions I was having a conversation with my husband. The first time after hanging up the phone, a thought came to mind to ask him a question, but then Lady Wisdom stepped in and said don’t do it, and I didn’t. The second time however was the big test. Again, after speaking with him, a question came to mind to ask him. This time, I pause and pray these three point repeatedly :
I need to be more discerning about what I allow into my mind.
I need to speak about life and wisdom, not negativity.
I need to walk intentionally and avoid distractions that pull me away from God’s path.
I kid you not, my son will look at something on the tv, as soon as I finish praying the points, I hear this song playing on the TV “I feel better, so much better, since I lay my burdens down. 😀 What I notice, in the words of Dr. Stanley, “Satan will always tempt you where he was last successful.” This time around, that door to his entry was locked. At that moment, I felt God was so pleased by my action. ❣️
I have more, but I'll stop here.... LOL Sorry, but I had to testify, this is “Transformation”
I read and listened to Proverbs 5
Have a Blessed Day
Amen! Sister Debbie , Transformation is taking place ..
