πŸŸ’πŸ”΅ Phlegmatic/Melancholic - May Week 1

.

πŸŸ’πŸ”΅ Phlegmatic/Melancholic

P.R.O.M.P.T.S. Bible Study

🌿 Introduction

As a Phlegmatic/Melancholic, you are gentle, dependable, thoughtful, and emotionally deep. You care deeply about doing what’s right and bringing peace into your relationships and surroundings.

But when faced with pressure, your calm nature may turn into passivity — and your inner critic may hold you back with fear or discouragement. You may wrestle with low confidence, overthinking, or a tendency to retreat emotionally when life gets overwhelming.

πŸ’‘ Transformation for you means learning to step forward in God’s strength, embrace your value, and renew your thoughts with truth — not timidity.

This study reminds you:
🌱 God has not given you a spirit of fear — but power, love, and a sound mind!

πŸ“– Scripture Passages

2 Timothy 1:7 (NASB):

“For God has not given us a spirit of timidity, but of power and love and discipline.”

Isaiah 26:3–4 (NASB):

“The steadfast of mind You will keep in perfect peace, because he trusts in You.
Trust in the Lord forever, for in God the Lord, we have an everlasting Rock.”

🌿 Final Encouragement

Dear peace-loving Phlegmatic/Melancholic Sister,

You don’t need to have it all figured out. You don’t need to fear messing up.
God delights in your steady, thoughtful heart — and He calls you to step into His courage, not your comfort zone.

You are more than calm — you are called.
You are more than quiet — you are equipped.
And even when your voice trembles, your faith can roar.

Let peace rule your thoughts, and let truth fuel your steps.
You are being transformed day by day — in gentleness, in boldness, in grace.

Today, I’m making steady progress and feeling blessed!

    Question:
*Did you pray about this Bible study today?* Yes I did. Beside praying the prayer given. I also ask God to allow me to be still in His presence. Not rushing onto the next assignment, but just sitting with Him. I don’t want to be assignment driven, but God driven.

    Question:
*Have you read today’s scriptures in more than one version?*
Yes I did. NASB, NIV, KJV & NLT

*Which one challenged or encouraged you?*
    1 Peter 5:6-8 KJV
6 Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time:
7 Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.
8 Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:
Reading this really leaped out to me *You might also struggle with consistency — quickly moving on to the next thing without finishing what God originally asked you to steward*
This was something I noticed in my walk with God, something I’m aware of, so reading it this morning was a confirmation that I need to address and change. Thank You

    Have a wonderful day.

    Version.
Romans 8:1 (TPT) impacted me the most
So now the case is closed. There remains no accusing voice of condemnation against those who are joined in life-union with Jesus, the Anointed One.

    Prayed – Yes,
I prayed the one given and I ask God to give fresh insight as I go through his word daily.
I also ask for consistence in remaining in the word and that He will give me the strength to remain steadfast with a peace of mind.

Have you read the scripture in different versions: Yes

The one that encourage me is: Isaiah 26: 3-4 (AMP)
“You will keep in perfect and constant peace the one whose mind is steadfast [that is, committed and focused on you – in both inclination and character], Because he trust and takes refuge in you[with hope and confident expectation].

“Trust [confidently] in the LORD forever [He is your fortress, your shield, your banner],
For the LORD GOD is an everlasting Rock[the Rock of Ages].
