It was crunch time at the office. The deadline for the quarterly project had everyone on edge. Each team member had been given a specific task with the understanding that their part was crucial to the whole.

The night before the presentation, a crisis broke out: a critical file was missing. Fingers were pointing. Tensions were rising.

Choleric Clara immediately took charge.

“Who had the final copy?” she barked. Her tone was firm, her jaw tighter than the team’s schedule. Clara didn’t mean to sound harsh—she just couldn’t stand disorder. She prided herself on being dependable and expected the same from others. She’d done her part—now someone else had clearly dropped the ball.

Sanguine Sandra fidgeted nervously.

“I… I might’ve had it. But I thought I gave it to Mark! Or maybe I saved it on the desktop? Oh no!” Sandra’s strength had always been her enthusiasm and energy—but this time her carefree approach had left a gaping hole in the plan. She always meant well, but follow-through? Not her strong suit.

Melancholic Marla quietly checked her bag again, just in case.

She hadn’t been assigned the file, but her brain was racing through everyone’s responsibilities. “Why didn’t we double-check yesterday?” she muttered. Marla had trusted the system—but now she felt betrayed by it. Her mind, so precise and thoughtful, was clouded with disappointment in others' inconsistency.

Phlegmatic Paula sighed, her voice calm.

“Let’s not panic. Maybe it’s just misplaced. Let’s retrace our steps.” She didn’t say much, but people always trusted her calm presence. She had a way of making people feel safe—even when everything was falling apart. But this time, Paula had hesitated to speak up when she noticed Sandra getting distracted yesterday. She didn't want conflict. Now, her silence had contributed to the chaos.
