I am learning to renew my mind daily by being intentional as to how I process my thoughts and emotions. Plus, I follow Paul’s advice in 2 Corinthians 10:5 to capture every thought.
To be honest these thoughts come fast and furious. with the intend to harass my mind. 🥹🥹 With the help of the Holy Spirit I am aware of the tactics of the devil. Which will allow me to capture them…

I am learning to renew my mind daily by… really thinking about what I'm thinking about. It's easy to allow thoughts that don't align with God's Word to fill my head, but by 'taking time to think' and 'capturing EVERY thought' this is helping me renew my mind daily - not only daily, but moment by moment.
