Welcome to Perfect February Proverbs!
This month is not about doing everything perfectly — it’s about staying positioned in God’s Word, one day at a time.
Our goal is not volume — our goal is connection with God.
Most days will take about 10–15 minutes. Time well spent with the Word!
How This Works
Each day:
Read the passages listed.
Privately journal one thing God shows you from the OT / NT / Psalms.
Choose ONE Proverbs sentence that connects most with you and set it aside.
π On Saturdays, post your collected Proverbs sentences (paragraph or point-form).
If you fall behind, don’t try to catch up — simply begin again with today.
Grace is part of the journey.
CHECK IN:
- Check in daily on your WOW chat to share that you’ve read and noted your sentence. A hello, thumbs up, or any emoji will do.
Small check-ins build strong habits — and strong habits build strong faith.

ReplyDeleteFrom the book of Proverbs chapters 1–7:
• God is inviting me to take wisdom more seriously by slowing down before making decisions (Proverbs 1:7; 1:20–23).
• Seeking God’s wisdom looks like praying before I respond with words or actions (Proverbs 2:1–6; 2:10–11).
• An area where I need to trust God instead of leaning on my own understanding is in a few relationships that requires wisdom to maneuver (Proverbs 3:5–6).
• I need to guard my heart (which affects everything I do) by grounding it in God’s truth so that my thoughts, actions and choices remain aligned with Him (Proverbs 4:23).
• God is reminding me to stay on the right path by being mindful of the ropes that are designed to catch and hold me (Proverbs 5:21–23).
• One habit God is nudging me to take seriously is being more disciplined with all my set goals (Proverbs 6:6–11; 6:16–19).
• A boundary I need to strengthen in my life is the outside distractions that seem urgent (Proverbs 7:1–3; 7:25).
Sisters, those few verses each day from Proverbs were truly life enhancing especially 4:23 (NLT)
“Above all else, guard your heart, for it affects everything you do.”
Wishing everyone a wonderful rest of the weekend. Continue to read and reflect and respond to God’s Word.

ReplyDeleteHello everyone,, my lessons from Proverbs for February 1 - 7
The fear of the Lord is the beginning of Wisdom.
Allow my ear to be attentive to wisdom and incline my heart to understanding.
As I seek for it as searching for hidden treasures, I will discern the fear of the Lord.
I must trust in the Lord with all my heart and do not lean 9n my own understanding, I will acknowledge Him in all my ways.
Knowing that the ways of man are before the Lord and He watches all paths.
I will not be a sluggard. Observe the ways of the ants and be wise. Who do not have chief or ruler prepares her food in summer And gathers her provision in harvest.
K will keep the commandments and llive and the teaching as the apple of my eyes.
Binding them on my fingers and write them on the tablet of my heart.
Blessings
